Cornell Urban Agriculture was created to craft a better quality of life for our community. Our mission is to provide Alternative holistic natural nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants and medicine derived from Microgreens Superfood and cannabinoid rich Hemp which we grow in house from living organic soil.

There is nothing that compares to vegetables or herbs grown in organic living soil. Similar to the nuance and balance a chef brings to an exquisite dish, properly chosen and balanced organics are truly overwhelming to the senses. Unlike chemical salt based nutrients which need to be “flushed” from the plants before consumption for safety and taste, natural organic soil amendments contribute to the finished product, Flavors and beneficial qualities.

For this reason, I have spent over a decade sourcing different natural amendments, following top experts in organic soil biology and discussing experiences with like minded growers to create a quality of product unique to the market. Our soil is mixed by hand and composted with a buffet of globally sourced, minimally processed natural amendments and diverse living biology of micro-organisms which work synergistically with the plants, letting nature do the rest.

Plant beneficials are Fresh frozen, lyophilized and extracted using mechanical separation, pressure and temperature in a controlled cold room without the use of chemical solvents. Topicals are crafted by hand using Artisan Techniques refined from years of experience and input from patients and medical professionals utilizing raw cannabinoids (primarily CBDA) with up to 100 times the bioavailability of decarboxylated (cooked) CBD products.
